QUANTICO, Va. — An HIV-positive Navy chaplain was sentenced yesterday to two years in prison after pleading guilty to forcible sodomy and other charges.
Lieutenant Commander John Thomas Lee, 42, of Burke, Va., was sentenced after entering a plea agreement at his court-martial at the Quantico Marine Corps Base in northern Virginia.
Lee acknowledged having sex with an Air Force officer without disclosing that he had HIV and forcing himself on a U.S. Naval Academy midshipman.

What a joke this sentence is ; i would have given him 200 years less than a life time in hell ; and put his "wang" on the choping block (a death sentence); WHAT IF THAT WAS YOUR DAUGHTER MR PRESIDENT ? ; would you go to war against your own country ? ; or just another country ; clean up your own mess first and your own country of these things ; for other countries just might be right in their administration of law to such cases ; however to punish a victim is wrong ; but in education which it seems many of you do not have will change these things ; and it is a big mess you have siting under your feet ;
