The head of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency was quizzed Wednesday on why the agency destroyed videos showing agents using interrogation methods that critics say is torture. At least 27 people are dead after three car bombs ripped through the southern Iraqi city of Amara on Wednesday, the Iraqi Interior Ministry said.
